Data controller

What I collect

This site has no tracking forms and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

The only personal data I process is what you choose to send me: your name, email address and the content of your message, when you contact me by email or book a call.

Why and on what basis

This data is used only to answer your request and follow up on a possible project. The legal basis is your consent and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps or a contract.

Third-party tools

If you book a meeting through an online scheduling tool, it processes your name and email to organise the meeting, under its own privacy policy. I make sure to choose a GDPR-respecting service.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which may keep technical logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability.

To measure audience and performance, I use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These tools work without cookies and only collect aggregated, anonymous statistics (page views, device type, load speed). They cannot identify you or track you across other sites.

Retention

I keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request, then for the applicable legal period. You can ask for its deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, email me at info@de-grove.eu.
